WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a sales-focused role where your product knowledge and people skills directly impact your paycheck. You’ll:

• Drive sales through personalized supplement recommendations and consultative selling
• Build customer loyalty – Create repeat buyers who trust your expertise
• Own your performance – Track your numbers and optimize your approach
• Educate and inspire – Share supplement knowledge that helps customers fuel their goals
• Maintain store standards – Keep the store environment clean, organized, and welcoming
• Represent the brand – Participate in community outreach, fitness events and product launches

SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE

Part-Time Position 3 Days On, 4 Days Off

Occasional flexibility needed for special events and holiday coverage
