Trainer/Solution Implementation Specialist
V2V Technologies is a rapidly expanding Quebec-based company specializing in the design of modular business management software tailored to the varied needs of numerous industries. We are proud to market GEM-SUITE, an ERP solution used in over 41 countries.
V2V Technologies, is seeking a Trainer/Solution Implementation Specialist to support clients in adopting and optimizing their use of our software solutions.

Your Main ResponsibilitiesTraining and Implementation
- Train users onsite at client locations.
- Deliver online training sessions (French and English)
- Conduct classroom-based group training.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding for new clients in collaboration with sales representatives.
- Ensure a successful rollout for new software implementations.
Planning and Follow-Up
- Participate in the planning of new installations.
- Perform post-installation follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and autonomy.
Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with the development and technical support teams to resolve issues and enhance the user experience.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to analyze, simplify, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong client relations skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Willingness to quickly learn the GEM software suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (travel required).
- Availability for occasional stays of more than 24 hours at client locations
- Position based in Montreal (office near Pie-IX metro station).
- Onsite work required.
