Become an essential Order Clerk, driving franchisee support and order fulfillment. The Order Clerk will process orders, pick and pack items, and ensure excellent customer service to franchisees across Canada. Your strong communication skills and adaptability will help maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders for franchisees efficiently
• Pick and pack orders using a Pick-to-light system
• Extract and manipulate reports in Excel
• Provide outstanding customer service to franchisees
• Help ship and receive inventory as needed
Requirements:
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Strong command of English (verbal & written)
• Able to lift at least 35 lb. boxes
• Forklift license is a plus
