As our Donor Relations Manager, you will combine data driven strategy and

relationship-building to strengthen donor engagement and drive sustainable fundraising

growth. This role blends analytics and in-person connection, translating insights into

action while cultivating meaningful relationships that directly support programs enriching

Jewish life across the GTA. If you're motivated by purpose driven work and turning

What You'll Do:

• Analyze donor and membership data to identify trends, engagement patterns,

and growth opportunities

• Develop dashboards, performance reports, and strategic insights to guide

fundraising decisions

• Oversee CRM integrity and donor data management, ensuring accuracy,

segmentation, and reporting excellence

• Design and support donor stewardship and retention strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Membership, and Program teams
• Partner closely with the VP of Donor & Stakeholder Relations in cultivating donor

relationships, including attending in person meetings and events, preparing

briefing materials, and ensuring seamless administrative coordination and donor

experience management

• Prospect, secure, manage, and steward corporate sponsorships, building

meaningful partnerships that drive revenue and community impact

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development operations, or

donor analytics

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience supporting donor cultivation and stewardship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort engaging donors in

professional settings

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and strategic thinker
• Passion for mission-driven fundraising and community impact
