Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

To deposit dough into feed hoppers where product is made.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Set-up appropriate die in the depositor & operate in safe and efficient manner.


• Makes adjustments to depositor machine.


• Cuts sections from mother dough and deposits into feed hopper.


• Rolls empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough.


• Reads shop report , follows procedures, and documents information for production records.


• Tends depositor machine at all times.


• Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.


• Follows J&J Snack Food’s Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).


• Follows all OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations.


• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Education and training: Prefer High School diploma or GED.

2. Job‑related experience: Prefer minimum 6 month’s experience working in food processing or manufacturing environment.

3. Technical knowledge and skills:

• Must be able to speak, read & write basic English.


• Must be able to do basic arithmetic.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

US Hourly Pay Range

$18.66 - $18.66 USD
