Dental Clinic Manager – Full-Time | Hamilton, Ontario.Salary: $85,000–$100,000/year (based on experience).
Schedule: Monday–Friday.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Clinic Manager to lead operations at our busy, modern dental practice in Hamilton, ON. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about patient care and team success.

We are a well-established, full-service family dental clinic offering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care using advanced technology. With 11 operatories and a large, skilled clinical team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service with a warm, patient-centered approach.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing dental team.
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and positive patient experiences.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies, health & safety standards, and quality of care expectations.
- Foster a strong team culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of dental management experience required.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Akitu One.
- Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care standards.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
