What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing dental team
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and positive patient experiences
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies, health & safety standards, and quality of care expectations
- Foster a strong team culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and growth
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of dental management experience required
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Akitu One
- Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care standards
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
