Job Description
Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role with no shift work or Sundays, and year-round employment? Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Delivery/Warehouse Material Handler to join our Saskatoon team.This dual-role position involves both operating a delivery truck and working within our warehouse to ensure the safe and efficient handling of building materials.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Operate a Class 5 F550 delivery truck and propane-powered forklift
Load/unload and deliver building materials to residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and on-site hazard assessment
Pick and assemble orders accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with order pick-ups
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Previous experience driving delivery trucks and operating forklifts or similar machinery
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven surfaces
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check
