Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet departmental goals
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for future reference
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software or other customer management tools is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
