Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and diligent individual to join our fence and deck building team.
Employment Type: Seasonal Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 to 10-hour shifts
Wage: Starting at $22-$25 per hour
Season Duration: Season will start in April and end in mid-late December, depending on weather
Requirements:
- Be able to perform strenuous outdoor work for extended hours.
- Possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up punctually.
Job Duties:
- Utilize a post hole auger to drill holes and set posts for fences.
- Mix concrete for various construction needs.
- Execute full fence construction, including fastening fence boards, cutting and capping posts, and related tasks.
- Lift and handle heavy materials.
- Utilize construction equipment and tools proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with previous experience in landscaping are highly desirable.
