You will participate in job evaluations and conduct in-depth data analysis while preparing reports and maintaining essential records. Additionally, assisting the Compensation Specialist will be a key aspect of this position to ensure effective salary administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in job evaluation and salary administration
• Conduct research and data analysis for compensation
• Prepare necessary documentation and reports
• Maintain systems and records relevant to compensation
• Assist in the development of tools and resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2-3 years relevant compensation experience
• Knowledge of BC Employment Standards Act
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
