This full-time role supports the execution of compensation programs through various responsibilities. You will participate in job evaluations and conduct in-depth data analysis while preparing reports and maintaining essential records. Additionally, assisting the Compensation Specialist will be a key aspect of this position to ensure effective salary administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in job evaluation and salary administration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2-3 years relevant compensation experience

• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
