We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist & Programmer to join our team. This role focuses on operating and programming milling machines to produce precise metal components. You will work in a safety-first culture with long-term employment, a clean facility, and support for growth and development.

Schedule: Day & Afternoon Shift (OT and weekends as required)

What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and tend milling machines to drill, bore, ream, mill, or countersink metal workpieces
Lift and position workpieces manually or with hoists, and rig large weldments safely
Install tools and spindles, and change worn cutting tools
Verify machined work against specifications using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
Study blueprints and job orders to determine dimensions, finishes, and tooling requirements
Select cutting speeds, feed rates, and depths of cut based on machining instructions
Perform minor assembly and maintain work area and equipment
Fill and maintain fluid levels, roll and flip workpieces with crane, and operate overhead cranes and lift trucks
Uphold health & safety regulations and document work in Job Sheets
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Boring Mill Machinist
Knowledge of CNC machine language (G&M codes)
Proficient in Heidenhain controls (preferred) and ability to program machines independently
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform basic mathematical calculations
Comfortable working at heights and performing heavy lifting
