As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for adaptable and flexible Class 1 drivers who can also operate mobile equipment and perform skilled labour tasks in the field. Shifts may vary from week to week, so we're looking for someone who can manage a dynamic schedule, and help fill gaps as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
This may be a full or part time time role. Work hours will be determined by your skill set, adaptability, and willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities.
We are looking for drivers who:
- Have multiple years of driving experience with a Class 1 license.
- Are familiar with work site safety standards and regulations.
- Have a strong work ethic and are team oriented.
- Are adaptable and open to learning new skills on the job
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Driving class 1 vehicles between sites.
- Driving the hydroseeders on site to execute hydroseeding scopes of work.
- Towing trailers, hauling materials, and securely loading freight and equipment.
- Performing labour tasks and operating mobile equipment in the field.
- Completing training and certification as required for each project or contract.
- Performing routine maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Following company policies and safety procedures.
- Communicating with a crew of workers.
