About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Dental Assistant who can deliver outstanding clinical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in all general dentistry procedures while promoting our practice values and contributing positively to our team culture. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality chairside assisting for general and specialty procedures
· Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
· Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
· Utilize digital dentistry (CEREC), understand dental laboratory workflows and operate 3D printing equipment & CAD/CAM Milling
· Maintain IPAC and sterilization standard

What We're Looking For
· Level II Dental Assistant (HARP Certified)
· An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Someone who loves to care for patients of all ages
· Someone who's caring, organized, and loves to stay busy
· Experience with Tracker Software is an asset
· Experience with CEREC technology is an asset
