We are seeking a Centre Director to lead one of our locations — someone who combines operational discipline, instructional excellence, and leadership maturity.

This is not a passive management role. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone ready to run a high-performing education centre with precision and heart.

LEAD Learning Club is a structured, proprietary learning program serving elementary students in reading, writing, and math.

We operate using:

The Role

As Centre Director, you are responsible for the overall performance of the centre.

You lead:

  • Instructional quality
  • Staff performance & coaching
  • Parent communication
  • Enrolment, Sales & Retention
  • Daily operations
  • Centre culture

You are both a leader and a builder.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Instructional Leadership:

Ensure program fidelity and curriculum execution

  • Conduct monthly coaching observations
  • Provide real-time feedback to Learning Specialists
  • Maintain high instructional standards across sessions
  • Oversee student assessments and progression tracking

  • Instructional Leadership:

  • Hire, train, and onboard tutors (Learning Specialists)

  • Run weekly team meetings
  • Implement performance reviews
  • Build a strong, accountable team culture
  • Maintain scheduling and coverage

  • Parent Experience & Enrolment

  • Conduct parent consultations

  • Present program recommendations confidently
  • Support enrollment targets
  • Maintain strong parent relationships
  • Address concerns proactively

  • Centre Operations

  • Oversee daily centre operations

  • Ensure attendance tracking accuracy
  • Manage centre organization and environment
  • Maintain compliance with LEAD systems
  • Report weekly KPIs to HQ

  • Growth and Performance

  • Drive student retention

  • Support marketing initiatives locally
  • Execute enrollment strategies
  • Meet centre revenue targets

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, or related field)
  • 3+ years in education or learning support
  • Experience leading a team
  • Strong communication skills (French and English required)

Preferred:

  • Experience in structured literacy / Science of Reading
  • Experience managing operations or running a program
  • Enrollment or sales confidence
