Role Overview


Due to continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Field Surveyor to join our team in Poland. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile construction and infrastructure projects and collaborate closely with international engineering and geospatial teams.


Key Responsibilities & Work Environment
- Support Senior CAD Technicians and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Woolperts quality standards.
- Follow and promote company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Work in line with established CAD standards, naming conventions, and documentcontrol processes.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and technical documentation.
- Read and interpret technical, surveying, and construction documentation. - Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D daily; MicroStation experience is a plus.
- Collaborate with survey teams and work with geospatial data (laser scans, total station outputs).
- Support onsite scanning activities using Leica, Spectra, or Trimble equipment.
- Ensure consistent application of CAD quality procedures across all deliverables. - Coordinate the integration of data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Be available for occasional weekend work during specific project activities.
- Travel internationally when required based on project needs.
- Work standard hours; remote work is generally not required.


What You Bring


- A qualification in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD in construction, architecture, civil engineering, landscape, or surveying.
- Understanding of surveying or geospatial engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Valid EU manual driving licence.
- Legal right to work in Poland.
