Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities



  • Prospect and engage with potential customers to drive new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business deals

  • Drive customer adoption and retention through proactive account management

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies

  • Assist with marketing strategies & initiatives


Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry

  • Dental industry related experience is an asset

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools

  • Strong drive to achieve sales goals and become a high-income earner; strong presentation and negotiation skills area must!

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers

  • High level of ambition with the initiative and drive to succeed working in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and enjoys working with people.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent



  • We offer competitive compensation. Base salary is $70,000 plus a generous commission structure with combined potential to earn $140k
