Job Description
Our client is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Business Analyst to support digital transformation and IT-based projects within the PMO. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process improvement, and documentation, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Conduct business process and gap analysis to identify improvement areas.
- Develop process flows, mock-ups, and use cases.
- Assist with development and technical business requirements for IT initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, developers, and the PMO team.
- Work on one project at a time, ensuring high-quality delivery and attention to detail.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and participate in UAT or solution validation.
