Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Fredericton office, overseeing operations, staff, customer relationships, and financial results. This role combines leadership, coordination, and business development to ensure projects and service work are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, including projects, service work, and administration
- Lead, support, and develop office and field staff
- Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Monitor budgets, job costs, and branch performance
- Ensure company standards for safety, quality, and customer service are met
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, glazing, or a related industry required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PTech, CET, or P.Eng certification considered an asset
Details
Salary Range: $60.000 - $80.000 per year
Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5+ hours per week
