A Day in the Life

In this role, you will support branch operations by:

  • Accounts Receivable(AR) for the Business Unit(s).

    Process labour and material tickets and send them out to clients.

    Job Costing / Stock Transfers.

    Project entry into SDG (industry-specific software).

    Assist when needed to order office supplies for Business Unit(s).

    Composes routine correspondence, as directed by the business unit manager.

    Manages incoming and outgoing faxes.

    Reception duties as required.

    Complies with standards and procedures of PTW's Health & Safety Manual and Occupational Health &

    Safety Regulations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role

  • Basic knowledge of general accounting principles

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in construction or oil & gas preferred

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner
