Your Role

We’re looking for a Bartender at State and Main -Oakville, who is passionate about crafting great drinks and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest. You’ll be the life of the bar, mixing beverages with precision and delivering friendly, engaging service. What You’ll Do

• Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
• Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests.
• A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills.
• A love for mixology and crafting outstanding drinks.
