Wage: 35.50 hourly
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities
- adjust, confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit, discuss work with supervisor
- inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- inspect motor in operation
- perform scheduled maintenance service
- repair or replace mechanical units or components
- repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
- repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
- road test motor vehicles
- test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
- test and adjust units to specifications
- test automotive systems and components
