Job Description
Required Automobile Repair Shop Manager_NOC 60020JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Review and assess day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate and schedule daily workflows and priorities
Supervise employees and delegate responsibilities effectively
Design and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
Prepare budgets and track income, expenses, and overall financial performance
Identify staffing needs and ensure appropriate workforce levels
Address operational challenges, including customer concerns, complaints, and inventory shortages
Lead recruitment efforts, including hiring, training, and supervising staff or volunteers
Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation
Evaluate employee performance and conduct regular reviews
Education and experience
Completion of College diploma or equivalent experience would be required.
1-2 years of experience in the related industry would be an asset.
Supervision ability: At-least 3-4 people or more
