About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of experience at a leading financial institution, hold CFA Level II or above, and possess outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and strategic thinking capabilities.Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and leadership
Support the development and tracking of key strategic initiatives and investment performance metrics
Engage in business development activities and external networking to support company growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from elite universities.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or related financial institution
CFA Level II required; Level III candidates or CFA charter holders strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Demonstrated strength in financial modeling and business forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly disciplined, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performance environment
