DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

PineStone est à la recherche d’un(e) Associé(e), Relations clients pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance. Relevant du directeur, relations clients, la personne retenue aura l’occasion de jouer un rôle important dans le soutien des initiatives liées aux relations clients de la firme. L’ associé(e), Relations clients jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion des relations avec la clientèle, notamment en ce qui concerne l’intégration des nouveaux clients (onboarding), les revues périodiques, les rapports et les livrables ponctuels. La personne retenue aura l’occasion d’interagir directement avec les clients, leurs conseillers, les dépositaires et d’autres fournisseurs de services, tout en soutenant les membres seniors de l’équipe des relations clients.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Baccalauréat en administration, comptabilité, finance, économie, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans l’industrie
  • Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, idéalement en gestion d’actifs
  • Expérience de travail en soutien au service à la clientèle, un atout important
  • Grande attention aux détails et solides compétences organisationnelles
  • Solide éthique de travail, désir d'apprendre, d’évoluer et de collaborer au sein de l’entreprise
  • Maîtrise d’Excel et de PowerPoint; la connaissance de FactSet Analytics et d’eVestment est considérée comme un atout
  • Bilingue (français/anglais), un atout

JOB DESCRIPTION

PineStone is looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the Director, Client Relations, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an important role in supporting the firm’s client relations initiatives. The successful Client Relations Associate will play a key role in helping to manage client relationships. This includes onboarding, reviews, reporting, and ad hoc deliverables. They will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, their advisors, custodians, and other service providers while supporting senior members of the client relations team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and coordinate the client onboarding process in partnership with the Onboarding Analyst
  • Assist in the preparation and timely delivery of client materials, including reports, review presentations, DDQs, certifications, and other related documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate and monitor cash management activities, including inflows and outflows
  • Respond to client and consultant requests on a quarterly and ad hoc basis
  • Participate in client meetings, as required, and record detailed meeting notes in the CRM
  • Maintain and update client contact information and related records within the CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of firm operations and better support client and prospective client inquiries
  • Support business development initiatives by contributing throughout the lifecycle of new opportunities, including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management
  • Prior experience in a client service or client support role is considered a strong asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with a demonstrated desire to learn, grow, and collaborate
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with FactSet Analytics and eVestment is considered an asset
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred
