As we head into our busy season, we're looking for a full-time Assistant to support our 3-person dispatch team. This role is critical during peak months when call volume increases and customers need fast, professional responses.
This is a full-time position. Because our industry is seasonal, continued employment beyond peak season will depend on company growth and service demand. We believe in being upfront about that — and we also believe strong performers create their own opportunity as we grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Picture this: the phone rings. A homeowner is stressed about mice. A restaurant needs urgent service. You answer calmly, gather the right information, and make sure nothing gets missed.
You'll be:
- The First Point of Contact – Answer incoming calls and emails with confidence and professionalism.
- Gathering Critical Details – Record accurate customer information and service concerns so dispatch can schedule efficiently.
- Supporting the Dispatch Team – Prepare complete job notes that help technicians succeed.
- Assisting with Quotes – Provide preliminary pricing using our systems and guidelines.
You won't be scheduling routes directly — but your accuracy and organization will make it possible for the dispatch team to operate efficiently.

Who We're Looking For
You don't need pest control experience — just the right mindset.

- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Customer service or dispatch experience is an asset
