In this role, you will provide support for strategic initiatives in Liquids Pipelines (LP) Asset Management working with a small team of Specialists and Technical Managers. You will lead implementation of solutions and facilitate multi-functional information gathering in support of Integrated Asset System Planning, improving LP's Materials Management processes and culture and other critical initiatives.

Note:
This is a temporary 9-month term role.

What You Will Do- Coordinating and/or developing solutions to ensure successful implementation of strategic projects including:

  • Documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional requirements.
  • Translate business/function requirements into clear specifications and collaborate with external technical teams to accomplish objectives.
  • Creating new processes or improving existing process flows.
  • Build and support dashboard solutions using PowerBI and SharePoint.
  • Build and support low-code solutions to provide access to critical information in an accessible and concise approach.
  • Facilitating cross-functional information gathering, development, review, and approval of Integrated Asset System Plans.

Who You Are

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications and PowerBI development and Maximo is preferred. Having experience with Copper leaf and Oracle is an asset.
  • Shares information and communicates effectively with a wide variety of audiences which may include technical, non-technical, and various levels of leadership.
  • Experience in asset investment planning and management processes, capital planning, or portfolio management is an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment.
  • 10%-15 of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
