Administrative Assistant (Grande Prairie)
Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant role in our Grande Prairie location. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday and will include the following duties:
- Reception duties, including answering phones, directing mail and greeting office guests
- Guiding new hires through Onboarding process
- Providing administrative support to the Operations team
- Maintaining office supplies & filing system
- Receiving and responding to vendor and customer inquiries
- Data entry
About You
Required Skills & Qualifications to succeed in this role include:
- Good Computer and Organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new things and take initiative when needed
- Professional attitude and good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with many different personalities
- Work experience in oil & gas services, experience with electronic ticketing system would be an asset but is not required
