Job Description
- Answering phones
- Entering pick ups, local dispatch
- Updating spreadsheets
- Tracing of freight, calling customers with exceptions
- Maintain cash collect account
- OS&D
- Load and unload customers with forklift as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good communication skills
