About Us:Seniors Life Enhancement Centres (SLEC) is a respected non-profit Adult Day Program serving older adults with cognitive and physical challenges across the Mississauga and Halton regions.

What You'll Do: As an Activity Coordinator, you'll bring energy and purpose to our programming by:
- Designing and facilitating therapeutic, social, and recreational activities
- Supporting clients with daily living to promote independence
- Developing care plans and documenting client progress
- Collaborating with a diverse team of staff, volunteers, and caregivers
- Bringing fresh ideas to enrich the client experience
What You Bring:
- Diploma or degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Activation, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with older adults
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- A person-centred mindset with the ability to adapt and lead with empathy

- Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) Certification
- First Aid & CPR
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Experience with Microsoft, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other digital tools
