Accounts Payable Analyst

We're looking for a permanent Accounts Payable Analyst who ensures timely, accurate processing of product purchase orders after inventory receipt, including matching purchases to inventory in the accounting system and overseeing the payables EDI environment.

What You'll Do
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve purchase order discrepancies, support period end reporting, and assist with select accounts receivable tasks.
- Provide general support to the accounting and financial reporting teams.
- Liaise with stores, suppliers, vendors, and service providers to investigate and resolve issues professionally.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations, contribute to financial reporting, and handle additional financial duties as needed.
What You Bring
- Degree or diploma in accounting or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2-5+years of progressive experience in a related field
- Excel skills considered an asset
Language Competencies
Written and spoken French competence is an asset, please state your language capability.
Work Location
- The Retail Operations Centre is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
- The successful candidate must be based in New Brunswick, remote work is possible.
- Semi-regular travel for meetings and project work may be required.
