Full Job Description
Seeking a positive, motivated customer-centered leader to join our team.
The store manager is responsible for general day-to-day operations of the store including staff leadership, inventory management, customer service and standards of cleanliness.
Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for effective day-to-day management of the store including people management, inventory management, scheduling, sales, customer service and food quality.
· Responsible for recruiting, training, development and motivating crew team members
· Responsible for procuring and maintaining required inventory in store.
· In charge of scheduling staff to optimize efficiency and customer service.
· Hands on responsibility of store to ensure store is compliant with regulatory requirements i.e. food safety, health and safety standards and corrective action is taken promptly.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and crew members Implementing new product/program roll outs.
Ensure checklists and reports are completed accurately for operational matters.
Qualifications: · Minimum 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of 8-10 to effectively achieve store standards and operational protocols.
Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
