Full Job Description
There are two different positions, where the main duties of each are the following, but not limited to:
Prep Cook: Prepare food according to the restaurant’s recipe book; wash and chop vegetables, cutting meats; make dressings, sauces, prepare salads and hot dishes, prepare breads and desserts; ensure that food and safety procedures are followed; dishwashing, perform opening and closing duties; ability to understand instructions and to follow them, to be passionate about culinary arts and interested in learning.

OR
Grill Cook: Prepare skewers of meat according to the inhouse provided training; prepare marinades for the meats according to Pampa’s recipes, grill and serve meats according to Pampa’s standards (training provided), ensure the meats are being kept in proper temperature, organize stock (freezer and fridge), ensure that food and safety procedures are followed, dishwashing, perform opening and closing duties, ability to understand instructions and to follow them, to be passionate about culinary arts and interested in learning.
