Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Soccer Coaches to join our team. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for training and developing soccer players of all ages while fostering a love for the sport.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' skills and performance
- Educate players on soccer techniques, strategies, and game rules
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on individual player development and team dynamics
- Organize and lead weekly team practices, drills, and weekend games
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their game
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Ensure a safe and positive training environment for all players
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a soccer player or coach is preferred
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategies, and rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with players of all ages and skill levels
- Passion for soccer and teaching others the sport
- BC Soccer coaching certification is an asset
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
