Workflow/Pipeline Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workflow/Pipeline Specialist to join our team.
Location:
Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.
What we expect:
- Hands-on experience with scientific workflows/pipelines (ideally Omics/NGS context), integration with HPC/batch execution
- Focus on reproducibility, versioning, and operationalization of workflows
- Ability to collaborate on I/O-heavy pipeline tuning with storage and platform teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with workflow engines (Nextflow/Snakemake/Cromwell/WDL/Airflow or equivalents)
- Containerized workflows (Apptainer/Singularity/Docker)
- Experience with AWS Batch
