Seasonal Nature of Work

This position operates primarily from April through December. Spring, summer, and fall are our busiest months. Work volume may fluctuate depending on weather and demand. Winter months may have reduced or no hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete exterior and interior window cleaning jobs to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Work efficiently within a 2-person team environment.
• Use water-fed pole systems and traditional tools safely and effectively.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure full customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training.
• Represent Elite Window Cleaning professionally at all times.

Compensation – Hybrid Pay Structure

Base Pay: $18 per hour

• Guaranteed minimum 4 hours per scheduled workday ($72 minimum per day)

Performance Bonuses (Per Technician – Individual Share Shown):

Completion Time - Individual Bonus - Total Pay (Incl. $72 Base) - Effective Hourly

≤ 6.5 hrs - $72 - $144 ~ $22/hr

6.5–7 hrs - $64 - $136 ~$19–21/hr

7–7.5 hrs - $56 - $128 ~$17–18/hr

Over 7.5 hrs - $0 - Hourly Only - $18/hr

$1,000 Crew Revenue Day

Completion Time - Individual Bonus - Total Pay (Incl. $72 Base) - Effective Hourly

≤ 6.5 hrs - $90 - $162 ~$24–25/hr

6.5–7 hrs - $80 - $152 ~$21–22/hr

7–7.5 hrs - $70 - $142 ~$19–20/hr

Over 7.5 hrs - $0 - Hourly Only - $18/hr

$1,200 Crew Revenue Day

Completion Time - Individual Bonus - Total Pay (Incl. $72 Base) - Effective Hourly

≤ 6.5 hrs - $108 - $180 ~$27–28/hr

6.5–7 hrs - $96 - $168 ~$23–24/hr

7–7.5 hrs - $84 - $156 ~$21–22/hr

Over 7.5 hrs - $0 - Hourly Only - $18/hr

• 10% of approved on-site upsells.
• 10% of written and closed quotes.
• $5 per verified Google review.
• $25 per completed referral.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license (required).
• Clean driving record (required).
• Comfortable working outdoors daily.
• Physically capable of ladder and equipment work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
