The Position
The Web Content Analyst is a new role to support the overall vision for Home Services by attracting quality traffic to our service pages for lead generation, engagement and revenue. The candidate is expected to understand SE Oand ecommerce best practices. This role will be a sole contributor for specific capital projects and new web content,. This role will directly contribute to growing web sales for Home Services in 2023 2024 and beyond. This role will directly report to the Online Home Services manager.
Responsibilities:
Individual contributor
- Grow traffic and online leads for Home Services
- Work closely with SEO, SEM and Ecommerce teams to leverage best-in-class web experiences and ensure HD is top-of-mind for any home improvement services.
- Research competitors and online retailers to identify new areas of opportunity and emerging trends
- Analyze existing HD experiences and identify ways to improve the customer to improve the overall impact of Home Services
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools
Stakeholder management
- Manage strong relationships with business partners (external installers, merchandising, ecommerce , marketing,
- Work with the e-commerce and publishing teams to deploy new/improved content
- Communicate with management teams on project development, timelines, and results
- Partner with design teams on mock-ups, wireframes, and interaction diagrams
