Position Overview: This role involves a combination of warehouse duties, including picking materials and loading/unloading trailers, as well as providing service and repairs to our Suncoast products. These repairs may include addressing leaks, making door adjustments, and rescreening. Additionally, you will assist in greeting customers and explaining our products in the showroom when our salesperson is on a call.

Job Responsibilities:

Service and repair Suncoast products, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Assist with warehouse tasks, including material picking and trailer loading/unloading

Greet and interact professionally with customers on-site

Qualifications:

Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with and safe use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels

Measurement Skills: Accurate reading of tape measures for precise installations

Attention to Detail: A keen eye to ensure high-quality workmanship

Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and customers. Must be fluent in English

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting and carrying heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites, including occasional overnight stays

Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and valid license required

Additional Assets:

Framing or Construction Experience: Prior experience in framing or related fields is a significant advantage

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve challenges during installations

Customer Service-Oriented: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
