Repair & Deployment Technician - Mississauga (On Site)

We're hiring a Repair & Deployment Technician to support a major national migration to new POS technology. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in warehouse, repair, or logistics environments and enjoys hands on work with electronic devices.
What You'll Do
Repair Centre Responsibilities
- Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all equipment meets set standards.
- Follow documented SOPs in alignment with ISO9001:2015 requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Work with the repair team to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Deployment Centre Responsibilities
- Support the order fulfillment process for deploying POS terminals.
- Conduct final quality inspections before units are sent out.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (technical training is a plus).
- Experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics environment preferred.
- Comfortable handling electronic hardware and basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and following SOPs.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs.
