We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our warehouse production team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate whose primary responsibility will be preparing baked goods for our retail café locations. This role also includes general warehouse duties such as order fulfillment, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, productive hours, and being part of a growing food and beverage operation.
Primary Responsibilities
Bakery Production (Primary Role)
- Prepare and portion baked goods according to company recipes and standards
- Operating warehouse bakery equipment
- Assist with baking, packaging, labeling, and quality control
- Ensure consistency and presentation meet brand standards
- Monitor ingredient levels and notify management of low stock
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Warehouse Duties (Secondary Responsibilities)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for café locations
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Receive and organize incoming shipments
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries
Preferred Requirements & Qualities
- Previous warehouse or food production experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
