Salary: $115,000

· Developing and implementing strategies aiming to promote the company’s mission;

· Plan and execute innovative strategies to achieve objectives for infrastructure improvement; redefine scope of project and coordinate resources as needed;

· Creating complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives with respect to the IT department;

· Overseeing computer related activities of the company;

· Building an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers;

· Supervising the entire IT department, delegating tasks and ensuring staff are following established procedures;

· Evaluating staff and system performance, pointing out areas of improvement;

· Working with subordinate managers to determine IT budget and equipment needs;

· Coordinating software implementation and upgrades;

Requirements:

· Strong background in information technology

● 5+ years’ in a senior management/executive role

● Ability to collaborate and build partnerships with business units and clients

● Minimum bachelor’s degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00 per year
