As the Vice President of Sales you will be a key leader in shaping and executing the companies sales strategy.*Responsibilities:*Reporting directly to the President & CEO , the Vice President of Sales will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.* Develop and nurture strategic partnerships across the Canadian market to drive business growth.* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.* Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies across various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and distribution channels.* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.* Manage the national sales budget efficiently and effectively.* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales strategies.*Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.* Experience in Logistics/Retail sales is required to be successful in this role.* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or Director of Sales.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, manage high-level client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.* Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to establish partnerships and secure advantageous deals.* Strong working knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.If you are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving business success through innovative marketing strategies, we would love to hear from you.
