Our Client a leader in Office & Commercial Moving, Logistics & Supply Chain is looking for a dynamic Vice President – Sales to join their Leadership team. As the Vice President of Sales you will be a key leader in shaping and executing the companies sales strategy.
*Responsibilities:*
Reporting directly to the President & CEO , the Vice President of Sales will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Develop and nurture strategic partnerships across the Canadian market to drive business growth.
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
* Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies across various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and distribution channels.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
* Manage the national sales budget efficiently and effectively.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales strategies.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Experience in Logistics/Retail sales is required to be successful in this role.
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or Director of Sales.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, manage high-level client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
* Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to establish partnerships and secure advantageous deals.
* Strong working knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.
