Our client is a high-growth, B2B business in Toronto.The Vice President, Marketing (“VP, Marketing”) is an elevated critical leadership role and member of the Sales and Marketing Leadership Team, leading a team of 13. The VP, Marketing will serve as an integral member of the senior leadership team and be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s integrated marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.A proven leader, the VP, Marketing will be a customer facing role and lead all aspects of the marketing function with a key focus on 3 core pillars: customer marketing, brand development/strategy and digital marketing.The VP, Marketing will develop and execute a growth-oriented marketing vision and strategy while working collaboratively as a Business Partner and member of the Sales and Marketing Leadership Team to accomplish organizational goals and elevate the Marketing Function to the next level. The VP, Marketing will develop, manage and execute new and innovative campaigns and programs that achieve short, mid and long-term business objectives.The VP, Marketing has previous experience leading the Marketing function in an organization of significant size and complexity, within high-growth B2B businesses ideally with significant presence in both the USA and Canada.Results-oriented, forward-looking and entrepreneurial with strong strategic ad leadership capabilities coupled with superior business acumen, the VP, Marketing will be a source of new ideas, introducing creative and innovative programs while successfully operating within a fast-paced, complex environment.
