Trustii also develops Horizon, a strategic platform that is redefining organizational human risk management by enabling organizations to identify, prevent, and manage people-related risks in a proactive and continuous way.
Your RoleAs a UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a key role in the design and evolution of Trustii’s products, with direct involvement in Horizon, our flagship platform. You will contribute across the entire feature lifecycle, from ideation to production, working closely with the Product Manager and the development team.
Your work will directly help transform complex human risk management challenges into experiences that are clear, intuitive, and easy to use for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end user experiences for new features, balancing user needs and business objectives
- Actively participate in requirements gathering with the Product Manager
- Contribute to feature scoping and requirements refinement processes
- Translate complex problems into clear, effective, and coherent interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Validate solutions through user interviews and usability testing with existing or prospective clients
- Ensure a smooth and structured design handoff to the development team using Figma
- Define, maintain, and evolve the design system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI practices within the product team
Profile We’re Looking For
- Approximately 7 to 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
- Strong experience working on SaaS products, ideally in a B2B environment
- Excellent mastery of Figma, including variables, components, and auto layout
- Comfortable working in an agile, product-driven environment
- Strong ability to translate business goals and user needs into concrete, well-structured solutions
- Experience defining and evolving a design system, as well as exposure to complex or regulated products, is a strong asset
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and comfort making design decisions
- Ability to clearly explain and defend design choices in a constructive manner
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset
