Responsibilities:
- Ideate and develop user-centric experiences to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Express design concepts through various mediums including user flows, information architecture diagrams, sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create functional prototypes to validate design concepts.
- Participate in Design Reviews and demonstrate excellence in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow designers and trifecta partners to advocate for design thinking principles, fostering cross-functional cooperation to achieve our vision and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess 2-6 years of relevant commercial software experience, showcasing proficiency in human-centered design methods and practices, with an emphasis on data-driven design to address customer needs.
- Ability to articulate solutions across a spectrum of fidelity levels, ranging from initial wireframes or mock-ups to detailed conceptual visuals and technical documentation.
- Effective multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with input from stakeholders, leadership, and colleagues.
- Proven ability to collaborate with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions that meet user requirements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of human-centered design best practices, including expertise in user research methods like interviews and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of leading projects from conception to execution.
