The Team
You would be working with the Mobile Sync team within the Frameworks group within Autodesk Construction. This team is responsible for defining and implementing key user experiences within the ACC mobile app for iOS and Andoid.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who brings human-centered design expertise, will advocate for user needs, and can design strategically in a complex problem space to deliver compelling user experiences within a mobile platform.
Conceive and create user-centric experiences in iOS and Android that bring value to our customers.
You will convey design ideas through user flows, information architecture diagrams, sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups
Build functional prototypes to validate your designs.
Participate in Design Reviews and model best practices for giving and receiving feedback.
Partner with fellow designers and trifecta partners to drive and promote design thinking principles and collaborate/iterate across functions to bring vision and strategy to fruition.
Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant commercial software, experience with human-centered design methods and practice. Data-driven design experience with a focus on solving customer challenges.
Experience designing for mobile applications
Experience presenting solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, from low-level wireframes or mock-ups to high fidelity conceptual visuals and wireframes to technical documents and diagrams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities with direction and/or feedback from stakeholders, leadership and teammates.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development teams and product managers to deliver usable and desired value to customers.
Up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices including user research methods such as user interviews and usability testing.

Ability to solve complex problems and drive projects from concept to implementation.
