Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Travel Agent will be responsible for planning and arranging travel itineraries, assisting clients with reservations, ticketing, and accommodation bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes negotiating with service providers, managing travel-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with travel policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
must have Tico certificate
must know the knowledge of Amadeus
3 years experince in Canada in teavel agency
English is required.
Spanish, Persian, or any additional language is considered an asset.

- Experience in customer service, client relations, and managing travel arrangements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients effectively
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, travel documentation, and booking platforms
- Skills in organization, time management, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer usage
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Formal training in travel or tourism is a benefit
