*Position:* Transport Customer Service Representative*Direct Report:* Area Manager – Transport/Warehouse operations*Shift:* Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm (Full-Time)Groupe Robert (Mississauga Terminal) currently has an opening for Full-time Customer Service Representative.
The *incumbent* will support the company’s customer service activities by directing, resolving customer questions or complaints in a professionally and timely manner.*Responsibilities: · Manage dedicated accounts* · Provide guidance and assistance to team members* · Work closely with operations for process improvements* · Run reports and review reports for customers* · Track customer shipments and enter shipping information* · Enter all customer information and delivery requirements* · Evaluate requests from our customers and ensure follow-up and execution* · Produce and maintain different types of documentation and reports* · Solve problems effectively to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction* · Perform other related administrative duties*Requirements: · 3-5 years experience in customer service and administration* · Working knowledge and experience in the warehouse/transport industry* · Post-secondary education an asset* · Computer proficient: MS Office(Excel & Outlook); knowledge of systems such as Trip-sheet, GUI asset* · Focused on achieving results; excellent communication skills (written and verbal)* · Excellent organization, customer service, and planning skills.Type d’emploi : Temps pleinAvantages :* Programmes de Bien-être* REER CollectifFlexible Language Requirement :* Français non requisHoraires de travail :* Du Lundi au Vendredi* Quart de jourLieu du poste : En présentiel
